How much does kitchen and bathroom deep cleaning cost in Bangalore?

Kitchens and bathrooms are the two rooms that get dirty in ways normal cleaning cannot fix. In the kitchen it is cooking oil that hardens into a sticky brown film. In the bathroom, across most of south Bangalore, it is hard water that leaves white crust on tiles, glass and taps. That is why many people book just these rooms instead of the whole home. Here is what each one costs with us and what you get.

Kitchen deep cleaning: what ₹1,399 covers

• Oil film on the wall tiles, especially next to and behind the stove
• Shutters, handles and the fronts of drawers
• Inside cabinets and drawers, once you have emptied them
• Chimney and hob cleaned from the outside, plus the exhaust fan
• Sink, taps and the kitchen platform

Not included: taking the chimney apart or servicing its filters and motor, and cleaning inside appliances such as the fridge or oven.

Bathroom deep cleaning: what ₹499 covers

• Hard-water stains taken off wall tiles
• Shower glass, partitions and the mirror
• Taps and shower heads descaled; basin and exhaust fan cleaned
• Toilet bowl and its outer surfaces
• A machine scrub of the floor to finish

What can change the price

• Size. A large kitchen with tall units, or a big bathroom with a bathtub area, takes longer than a standard one.
• Time since the last deep clean. One year of grease comes off much faster than five.
• Full cabinets. Shelves need clearing before they can be wiped inside; if our team does the emptying, ₹500–₹1,000 is added.

Separate rooms or the whole home: which is better value?

This is where a little arithmetic helps. Take a typical 2BHK with one kitchen and two bathrooms:

If the bedrooms, hall and balconies are in good shape, booking just the kitchen and bathrooms saves around ₹2,100. If the fans are dusty, the windows are grimy and the floors look dull, the full-home clean is the better deal: for the extra amount you also get every room, the appliances from outside, the balconies and machine-scrubbed floors throughout. The kitchen and every bathroom are already part of it.

Keeping them clean afterwards

• Kitchen: wipe the tiles behind the stove with warm soapy water once a week, before the oil has time to harden.
• Bathroom: after a shower, wipe the glass and taps dry. Hard water leaves marks as it dries, so less standing water means fewer marks.
• Both: most homes need a professional deep clean of these rooms once or twice a year; kitchens used for heavy daily cooking may need it more often.
