Duplex houses and duplex flats
A duplex has two floors joined by an inside staircase. It may be an independent duplex house or a duplex flat on the top floors of an apartment. Either way, cleaning it is more than two flats put together: the staircase, its railing and the high wall beside it collect dust that falls from both floors. We plan the work so that dust from the upper floor never lands on a lower floor we have already cleaned.

- Bathrooms on both floors, including the one under the stairs if you have it
- Scale removed from taps and shower heads
- Commode, basin, mirror and tiled walls

₹6,999 is the entry point for a duplex. Floor area, bathroom count and the state of the house move it up from there. The inspection costs nothing, and the quote you get after it is final.
Before our team arrives
- Keep jewellery and cash locked up on both floors
- Check that taps and sockets work upstairs as well as downstairs
- Stay for the first few minutes to point out problem areas, then again for the final check
- We clean around beds, wardrobes and the dining table instead of lifting them
Before the day: full kitchen cabinets slow the team down, so ₹500–₹1,000 is added if they are not emptied in advance.

How long does a duplex take?
Most duplex homes take one full working day for our larger team. We tell you the expected time after the free visit.
My duplex is a flat in an apartment. Is it the same service?
Yes. Duplex flats and independent duplex houses are cleaned the same way, with both floors and the inside staircase included.
What about balconies and outside areas?
Balconies, railings and grills are cleaned as part of the home. If you have other outside areas you want cleaned, show them to us during the free visit so the price covers them.
