Will every stain come off?
Most dirt, grease and water marks come off. Some marks cannot be removed by cleaning, such as permanent stains, rust, deep scratches or tiles already damaged by years of hard water. Our team tells you if something will not come off fully.
What if I find a spot that was missed?
Walk around with the team before they leave. If you notice something later, call us that day and a team returns the following day to put it right, free.
