How much does home cleaning cost in Bangalore?
With GetPros, a full deep clean of a lived-in flat starts at ₹3,500 for a 1RK and goes up to ₹7,500 for a 4BHK. An empty flat of the same size costs about 10% less, from ₹3,150. Kitchens, bathrooms, cleaning machines and materials are all included in that price.
"How much will it cost?" is the first thing almost every caller asks us, and it is a fair question. Prices for deep cleaning vary a lot between companies, and a low number on a website does not always mean a low bill on the day. Below are the rates we actually charge across south Bangalore, what you get for them, and the few things that can change the final figure.
Home deep cleaning prices by size
These are our starting rates, last checked in October 2026. "Furnished" means a home people are living in, with furniture and belongings. "Unfurnished" means an empty home, usually before a move-in or after a move-out.
| Home size | Furnished (lived-in) | Unfurnished (empty) |
|---|---|---|
| 1RK | ₹3,500 | ₹3,150 |
| 1BHK | ₹4,000 | ₹3,600 |
| 2BHK | ₹4,500 | ₹4,050 |
| 3BHK | ₹5,500 | ₹4,950 |
| 4BHK | ₹7,500 | ₹6,750 |
| Independent house | Quoted on call | Quoted on call |
| Villa or duplex | from ₹6,999 | After a free visit |
On the day, a 1BHK keeps the team busy for about 3–4 hours; 2BHK homes need 5–6 hours and 3BHK homes 7–8. Villas and duplexes take a full day.
Independent houses are quoted individually because one house may have a single floor and another may have three floors, a staircase and a large terrace.
What is included in the price
For a furnished home, the price covers one complete visit in which the team works downwards from the ceiling, leaving the floor for last:
- Cobwebs, ceiling corners, fans, lights and switchboards
- Doors, frames, handles, and windows where they can be reached safely
- Wooden furniture dusted; sofas, mattresses and carpets vacuumed
- Fridge, washing machine, microwave and other appliances wiped from outside
- The kitchen: cabinets, tiles, sink, platform, and the chimney and stove from outside
- Every bathroom: tiles, mirrors, fittings, descaling of taps, toilet and basin
- Balcony railings, grills and floor
- Machine scrubbing and wet mopping of every floor, as the very last step
We bring our own scrubbing machines, vacuums, ladders and cleaning liquids. You only need running water and one working power point. The full step-by-step list is on our home cleaning services page.
Why an empty home costs less
In an empty home there is nothing to work around: no sofa to vacuum, no dining table to dust under, no shelves of belongings to lift and replace. That saves time, so we pass it on as a lower rate of about 10%. At the same time, an empty home gets a few things a lived-in home usually cannot, such as the inside of every wardrobe and loft, and the sliding tracks under each window. See unfurnished home deep cleaning for the full list.
What can make the price go up
We would rather you hear about these on the phone than on the day. These are the only things that change our figure:
- Full kitchen cabinets. Cabinets can only be cleaned inside when they are empty. If the team has to empty and refill them, we add ₹500–₹1,000 for the extra time.
- Very heavy dirt. A home that has stood locked for many months, or a kitchen with years of baked-on grease, takes longer than our starting rate assumes.
- Paint specks, cement spots and leftover adhesive. After painting or interior work, these need scraping and extra material. This is our new-interior clean, priced on the call.
- Extra rooms. A study, servant room or a large utility area beyond the usual BHK count adds time.
Whatever the reason, you get one final figure before the work starts, and that is what you pay. If you ask for something extra on the day, we tell you its cost before doing it.
From our team: the most common surprise we see is not a hidden fee from us, but a quote from elsewhere that leaves things out. Before you compare any two prices, ask three questions: are the kitchen and every bathroom included, are floors machine-scrubbed or only mopped, and will they come back if something is missed?
Five ways to pay less without getting less
- Book before the furniture arrives. Moving into a new flat? An empty-home clean costs about 10% less and reaches every cupboard and loft. Once the boxes are in, that chance is gone.
- Empty the kitchen cabinets yourself. That avoids the ₹500–₹1,000 extra charge, and you can wipe and sort as you go.
- Only book what needs it. If the rest of the home is fine, a kitchen alone starts at ₹1,399 and a bathroom at ₹499. Our kitchen and bathroom price guide shows when that works out cheaper.
- Share photos on WhatsApp. A few pictures of the kitchen and bathrooms help us give you an accurate figure first time, with no back and forth.
- Do not leave it too long. Grease and hard-water marks get harder to remove every month. A home cleaned once or twice a year is quicker to clean, and so usually cheaper, than one left for three years.
How booking works
Call or WhatsApp us on 99025 55786 with three details: flat or house, number of BHK, and your locality. We confirm the price during that conversation and fix a date; we take bookings seven days a week, 9 am to 8 pm. On the day, walk around with the team at the end. If you spot anything missed later, report it that evening and we send someone back the next day at no cost.
Questions people ask about home cleaning prices
Is the price per square foot or per BHK?
Per BHK, because that matches how long the job takes far better than floor area. Bathrooms, kitchens and balconies take most of the time, and they grow with the number of bedrooms.
Do you charge extra for cleaning materials?
No. The scrubbing machines, vacuums and cleaning liquids come with the team and are part of the price.
Can the price change after the job is finished?
No. The figure agreed before starting is final. The only exception is extra work you ask for on the day, and you hear its cost first.
